(1) The Ministry will publish a list of jobs that can be assigned to workers through labor suppliers who publish notices in the Nepal Gazette on the recommendation of the Council.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), when employing laborers through labor suppliers, the employer shall employ them in work other than the main work of the business or service.
(3) When inviting or submitting any kind of proposal or bid for supplying labor through a labor supplier, or when making an agreement to supply labor, the wages and other benefits of the labor to be supplied shall not be less than that specified in this Act.
(4) Proposals or bids or contracts that have been invited or submitted in violation of sub-section (3) shall be automatically cancelled. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "main work" means the work mentioned while establishing the business and the work directly related to it.
